Today was a special day for Sara’s daughter Ester as she celebrated her first birthday! Sara is my long term friend from childhood and I was thrilled to spend some time with her and the kids in my new studio after the session, where we all shared Christmas nibbles and opened Ester’s presents! Another lovely day to add on to our memories of a lifetime…
Photographing a wedding is a big responsibility, and when the bride & groom happen to be also one of your best friends it can become overwhelming! An eye watering ceremony speech and the stunning sets at the Fonte De Medici complex in the Chianti Region were the perfect ingredients to unfold Sonia&Giancarlo’s Tuscan Wedding. After the ceremony we headed to the nearby picturescque village of La Badia a Passignano for our photo session while on the way back we stopped at some awesome spots in the countryside where I could set my couple among some of the most prestigious wineries in Tuscany. How cool was that! The wedding breakfast was held at the Trattoria Della Fonte, which is part of the Fonte De Medici agriturismo. An abundance of delicious food made in house brought together with the finest wines from the region completed what was already a perfect day for all. Congratulations to Sonia&Giancarlo, well done for choosing such a welcoming and exquisite location!
Last night it was my second time at the Female Entrepreneurs Networking Round Table Meet Up.
I have joined the Online Meet Up community only a while ago and I find it an amazing channel to either find other like minded people or simply distress after a long day’s work. Whatever is your interests and passions, it seems like there’s a Meet Up out there! I was contacted by Lu Li to become a member of her female entrepreneurs networking group, which is run every month, well set in a cosy and contemporary vibrant location in the heart of the West End, perfect for after work drinks.

The 26th of June 2014 is certainly a date to remember for Charlie & Will as they celebrated their wedding in the gorgeous surroundings of the Hertfordshire Countryside.The bride looked absolutely stunning in her Kenneth Winston Wedding Dress from. Make up artist Milly Star and Hairdresser Margaret from Jons Hair Salon added their magic touch to make Charlie and her Bridesmaids’ look immaculate.
We enjoyed photographing every moment of Charlie&Will’s Wedding day. The ceremony and the wedding breakfast were both held at the Coltsfoot Country Retreat, this meant a great day in a relaxed environment where everything was centralized allowing more time for the newly weds to spend with their guests. The first dance was a very romantic moment of the evening and the couple joined in the live DJ for a drum session soon after, we all enjoyed the rest of the evening with dance music and more & more guests joining the party as the night went on. The wedding sparklers set for another wow moment besides a light rain started to hit the grass, but that didn’t stop us from taking all the photos!

I was offered the chance to document a private party held at Bounce Bar in Holborn, Central London for the England vs Uruguay World Cup football match. A Ping Pong competition and the lovely cheerleaders from Crystal Palace where among the highlights of the evening. OK, England lost unfortunately! But there was a really good atmosphere throughout the evening and I particularly enjoyed capturing the emotions of the fans as England was playing their match.
